Christian Hawk has always been a music lover. His first contact with the decks was in 1998 playing trance music, in 2000 he became professional. Since then, Christian Hawk shows the bests from dance music trends. Actually, in his DJ set we can enjoy a playlist that goes through his preferred trends such as electro, minimal, funk, deep, techno and tech-house. Hawk already played at the bests clubs and parties in Brazil, such as D-edge, Lov.E, Spkz, Hype, E-muzik, Tostex, Vs Disco, Deep Party, Joy Soul Club, Satori Festival (Ilha da Mandala – Angra dos Reis), Milk Club (Santos), Rave Patrol, 180 graus, InovatioN, Electrance, Freak’a’Delic, Hedone (Campinas), Kraft (Campinas), Klatu, Los Gringos, Thai, Café Cancun, etc. He played with great Brazilian artists such as: Propulse, Pil Marques, Magal, Eli Iwasa, Ingrid, Gláucia ++, Click Box, Laurent; and from abroad such as Genetic Spin, True to Nature, James Monro, La Baaz, Paste, Pornbugs, Twylo, and many others. During his career Hawk was resident DJ from Lov.E (1 year), one of the most concepted e-music clubs from Brazil, at Blow Up project that now, since july 2007, happens at SPKZ Club, where he´s still resident. He believes that a good DJ should play the right music at the right time, being versatile, innovating, interacting and surprising the dance floor, with perfect and unique mixing style. As a producer he’s known by his excellent productions, that go through their preferred trends indeed: minimal, techno and electro predominately. Even that his first contact with production was in 2002, Hawk actually studies Electronic Music Production at the Anhembi Morumbi Univerity (Sao Paulo), where he search for learning and improving knowledge. He produces different music styles, but all of them with his strong musical personality presence. His productions are played around the world by great DJ´s such as Laurent (d-edge) e Lembrouille (Proton Radio – FR).
